Product Introduction

The efficiency of drying is 200% higher than the one of traditional equipment and it is shortened drying time greatly. Compared with hot air circulation drying oven , it can save more than 80% energy consumption. Higher uniformity for the product, the product is in better quality and color after drying. The equipment is with on-line cleaning or immersion cleaning function, the material cart is movable , it is more convenient to clean the machine. Pulse bubble breaking design, especially for the material which is easy to form. Explosive type drying, to make full use of pertential heat of steam and water absorption of undersaturated steam, mainly for materials that are not easy to break into foam. Fully-Automatic control system, the whole system is operated by HMI, it can set parameters in sections, achieve more complex process, ensure drying efficiency and effect.

Advantages Over Traditional Drying Equipment

The pulse vacuum dryer is a new type of drying equipment designed by ourselves on the basis of the existing product technology and customer practice. It is mainly aimed at drying heat sensitive, high viscosity materials, and materials that need to be recovered the solvent, especially for materials with high sugar content, easy overflow and easy foaming extract , the drying efficiency for such materials are vey high ,such as traditional Chinese medicine extract and so on.It is Widely used in pharmaceutical industry, bioengineering and other fields. It is a new version of GMP vacuum oven drying device. The equipment adopts the "pulse" laminar flow vacuum drying principle and it is a high efficient low-temperature drying method. The equipment can use steam, hot water and electricity as heat source.at the same time, it can be equipped with saturated and circulating steam for sterilization, with ozone for disinfection. it also have on-line cleaning or soaking cleaning function.

Products Features

Laminate heating : laminate planeness≤1mm, the material tray and lamellar are tightly bonded together and the heat transfer efficiency is high, the hollow partition design makes the plate heating uniform, the uniformity of the temperature is ±1.5℃ , and ensures the drying consistency of the materials. The inside wall of the drying chamber is made of high quality stainless steel mirror plate. For the corner of The inner wall ,we choose arc for transition as to ensure there is no dead angle inside and it is easy to clean. The inner wall is equipped with a heating interlayer to prevent condensation; it can create an effective isolation layer to reduce the temperature difference between internal and external.in this way ,it can reduce the heat loss inside the box body. The material cart is with the removable design, the whole material cart can be moved out of the oven, it is very convenient to maintain and thorough cleaning for stage. For the optional condenser ,it can effectively recover the solvent from the material by condensation or absorption. The chamber is equipped with toughened glass door, mirror lamp and so on which is convenient to observe the drying condition of the objects inside the chamber. The door on the chamber can open and close automatically. the sealing for the door is with air bag to ensure high vacuum in the chamber.
