The dryer is designed with electric heating;steam heating and gas heating all available;If you want to know the difference betwwen them,please contact with the saler,who will teach you how to choose.
Electric heating:
With a electric heater on the top of the dryer.
Steam heating:
With a radiator on the top of the dryer.
Gas heating:
With a gas heater on the top of the dryer.
The heat exchanger adopted is of a high power,its stainless steel structure,assures good anti-corrosion performance and mechanical strength.

10kg-70kg Drying Machine

The capacity from 10kg to 70kg has one of main motor and one of fan motor.

100kg-150kg Dring Machine

The capacity from 100kg to 150kg has one of main motor and two of fan motors.
Every piece of metal part of the dryer is treated through acidizing,and phosphating process to assure tightness of surface painting,which can guatantee not only exquisite appearance,but also longer service life of the dryer;
The dryer jacket is fully insulated for maximum heat reteneion,as well as low noise.
The drum will tumble clockwise and anticlockwise during drying cycle,which can do benefit to fast heat exchange and avoid any tangling,then improve drying effect in consequence.
Door Interlock System



When the door opening during working,the machine will be shut down automatically.Also with emergency stop buttom,with door interlock system,while machine still working and opening the door,the machine will be stop automatically.
Computer Control, Easy Operate

Advanced computer control LCD screen,5  programmable,operate with different temperature time and rotating direction per during requirements for different linen endure good performance.
*Manual operate available during drying,easy operate;
*While finished the drying,cooling system ensure the better drying result by press time, temperature.
Cooling Down System
While finished the drying,the cooling down system will be turn into cold wind,the cold wind will be come into drum,cooling down the linen in short time.Prevent channeling temperature;
The air outlet is arc shaped to prevent exhaust air from flowing back,easy for hot air diffusion.
About the delivery time after ordering
We mass produce machines to ensure quality and increase output more effectively.
If we have the machine in stock,only need 2-3 days for testing,then will arrange the delivery to the custumer;
If there is no machines in stock,10 -12 days will be finished.
