Working Principle:

The blade dryer consists of two or four blade shafts engaged with each other, a W-shaped shell with a jacket, a seat and a transmission part. The whole drying process of the material is carried out in a closed state. Organic volatile gas and odorous gas are sent to tail gas treatment unit in closed atmosphere to avoid environmental pollution.

The dryer uses steam, hot water or heat conducting oil as the heating medium. The heating medium is divided into two ways, which enter the shell jacket of the dryer and the inner cavity of the blade shaft, and heat the body and the blade shaft at the same time. The material is heated and dried by conduction heating.

The dried material is quantitatively and continuously fed into the feeding port of the dryer by the screw feeder, and the material enters behind the dryer. The material is flipped, stirred, continuously updated and heated by the rotation of the blade, and contact with the body and blade of the dryer is fully heated. Vaporize the surface moisture contained in the material.

At the same time, the material rotates with the blade shaft into a spiral trajectory. The discharge direction conveys, continues to stir in the transport, causes the sludge seepage moisture to continue to vaporize. Finally, the dry and even qualified products are discharged from the outlet.

4. Due to the reverse rotation of the two shaft blades, the mixing function of alternating compression (at the closest distance between the two shaft blade surfaces) and expansion (at the furthest distance between the two shaft blade surfaces) makes the heat transfer uniform and the heat transfer effect improved.
